-
2 Large Eggs
-
1/4 cup Candied Jalapeno Sauce (and extra for dipping)
-
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
-
1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
-
1 lb. Raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails attached
-
1/2 cup vegetable oil for cooking
What To Do:
Step 1:
With 3 medium bowls. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in one. Beat eggs and candied jalapeno sauce together in the second bowl. Combine Panko and coconut in the third bowl
Step 2:
Grab that tail and dip the shrimp into the flour, shake off the excess, then the eggs, and then dredge the shrimp into the coconut mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated shrimp aside on a plate and coat the remaining shrimp.
