Sounds fancy, but this dish is simple, delicious and they’ll be coming for seconds!
What You'll Need:

1/2 Cup Butter, melted

2 Eggs

1 8 ½ oz. Jiffy cornbread mix

1 15 oz can Corn Kernals (drained)

1 14 ¾ oz can Creamed Corn

1 Cup Sour Cream

1/3 Cup Saucy Rebellion Candied Jalapenos, chopped

1 Tbsp. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt
What To Do:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use cooking spray or oil to coat a 2 quart baking dish.
Step 2:
In large bowl mix the butter, eggs, cornbread mix, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, candied jalapenos, sugar and salt. Stir until just combined.
Step 3:
Spread the batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
