Candied Jalapeno Corn Souffle

Sounds fancy, but this dish is simple, delicious and they’ll be coming for seconds!

What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 8 ½ oz. Jiffy cornbread mix

  • 1 15 oz can Corn Kernals (drained)

  • 1 14 ¾ oz can Creamed Corn

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/3 Cup Saucy Rebellion Candied Jalapenos, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

What To Do:

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use cooking spray or oil to coat a 2 quart baking dish.

  • Step 2:

    In large bowl mix the butter, eggs, cornbread mix, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, candied jalapenos, sugar and salt. Stir until just combined.

  • Step 3:

    Spread the batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
