Candied Jalapeno Cranberry Baked Brie

Beautiful buttery brie is baked until melty and gooey and topped with sweet cranberry sauce and the sweet heat of candied jalapenos. An easy, elegant favorite for holiday parties or gatherings.

Served with crackers, bread, or fruit for major dipping.

What You'll Need:

  • 16 oz Round Brie

  • 14 oz Can whole cranberry sauce

  • 1/4 c. Candied Jalapenos, Diced

  • 1 to 2 tsp Orange zest (optional)

What To Do:

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. We suggest lining a small pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.

  • Step 2:

    In a bowl combine cranberry sauce, diced jalapenos and orange zest and set aside.

  • Step 3:

    Remove brie from refrigerator, it’s easiest to work with cold. Cut a small circle of the rind out on the top the cheese. forming a shallow well. Top with cranberry sauce mixture. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until fruit is warmed and cheese has softened.

  • Step 4:

    Serve immediately with crackers, bread, crudites, etc.
