Candied Jalapeno Glazed Salmon

Simple and elegant. Candied Jalapeno sauce adds just the right amount of sweet and heat to this light and flaky fish.

What You'll Need:

  • 6 4 oz. Salmon Fillets

  • 1/2 cup Candied Jalapeno Sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

What To Do:

  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

  • Step 2:

    Place fillets on prepared pan, then lightly salt and pepper to taste. Brush each fillet with candied jalapeno sauce.

  • Step 3:

    Bake, uncovered, 15-18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  • Step 4:

    Baste with additional candied jalapeno sauce if desired.
