Mambo Shrimp Cocktail

A delicious, light crowd pleaser. Simple and versatile, choose the fresh vegetables at hand. You can’t go wrong with this one.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 pounds Shrimp- Cooked, peeledd and deveined

  • 12 oz. Saucy Rebellion Mambo Sauce or Mambo Thick & Spicy

  • 2 Avocados, diced

  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, quartered

  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers, diced

  • 1/4 cup Celery, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper, diced

  • 1/8 cup Cilantro, diced

What To Do:

  • Step 1:

    Prepare ingredients of your choice and gently toss with the mambo sauce or for a little extra kick, mambo thick & spicy. Chill 1 hour and serve.

    Fun fact! If using avocado in this recipe, there is enough natural preservative in mambo sauce to keep it from turning brown.
